The hotel was perfectly clean, gorgeous and had great staff and location. The restaurant was lovely for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. There was a huge bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets🙂

It made our trip to Birmingham a really great experience. Everything was great, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The location was magnificent, so close to Take Off. A huge variety of food options near the venue.

The property was fairly clean and contemporary. Continental breakfasts with drinks at breakfast and hash browns eggs mushrooms tomato, for instance was reasonably priced.

I loved this brand-new hotel, its staff and comfort. The room was big with comfy beds.

Really kind staff, favourable location, everything was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was clean, had warm breakfast! Such an excellent service too. Warm drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

Liked location and staff, they were perfect. The bonus was beautiful room decor and lovely bar. It was large and we had a VERY PLEASANT stay. Everything was excellent and within 5 minutes' drive of Birmingham airport. Early check in and late check out.

The beds are good, breakfast is great value for money and the staff are all knowledgeable. The units are very well furnished, very well furnished.

The central location, cheerful staff - top class hotel. Breakfast was hot, had FRESH meals. I liked wake-up service available in the room and fabulous views. Great choice for new year.

No complaints, it was dope! Family-friendly hotel, spotless, helpful staff and the beds were comfy. Family queen room was with a private safe, multi-channel TV and a writing table. We enjoyed to have evening drinks at all bar one airside, based nearby: )

Queen room included a personal safe, an electronic key card and a writing table. By the way, the parking fee is GBP 20 per day...

The breakfast was good. We were travelling to Birmingham for one night. Hotel was centrally located and had realistic prices.
